The staff of MOUSE Squad of California (MSCA) bring a wealth of diverse skills and assets to support MSCA sites and collaborate with MSCA corporate and nonprofit partners.

Our Program Director, Jan Half, is responsible for overall operations, fiscal and personnel management, business development and identification of participating schools, organizations and companies.

Our Program Manager, Kathleen Lynn, is responsible for MSCA partner relations, grant writing and working with our corporate partners regarding their program participation, including sponsorships, employee volunteers, internships and field trips.

Our staff of Program Specialists train the instructors/coordinators on the MOUSE Squad curriculum and hands-on project activities, coordinate curriculum development, conduct site visits and provide the instructors with relevant resources to ensure successful implementation of the program. Each Program Specialist is responsible for the MOUSE Squads in a specific sector of California.
